Cremini Mushroom Avocado Toast

mush toastMmm Cremini mushrooms are so yummy and an easy addition to your toast in the morning or as a lunch option with this simple side salad.


  • 3 large Cremini mushrooms, sliced (or which ever mushrooms you prefer)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1-2 pieces of toast
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp chili flakes
  • tsp onion powder
  • tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • salt n pepper to taste

Or you can simply use a guacamole seasoning if you don’t have these spices on hand.


  1. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat and add sliced mushrooms, season with a pinch of salt.
  2. While mushrooms are cooking, mix avocado with spices + sesame oil to create guacamole spread.
  3. Add guacamole to toast, add mushrooms on top once cooked. Season with salt n pepper.
  4. ENJOY!

Simple Side Salad:

  • Handful of spinach
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Garlic Chips
  • bacon bits
  • salt n pepper

*For Garlic chips, simply slice 2 cloves of garlic, toast in pan with olive oil.
