- 1 egg
- 1 red pepper, sliced across whole
- 1 tsp garlic butter
- pinch of thyme
- pinch of salt+pepper
- Heat pan on medium heat while you prepare your veggies. Slice a piece of red pepper and cut bottoms off asparagus.
- Place garlic butter in pan and let it melt. Once melted, place asparagus to one side, and the pepper ring on the other.
- Crack egg into pepper ring and season with spices.
- Cook egg to your liking. Once achieved, remove asparagus then remove pepper ring and place on top of asparagus.
- Take photo of your masterpiece and ENJOY
