Perfectly Peppered Eggs


egg pepper


  • 1 egg
  • 1 red pepper, sliced across whole
  • 1 tsp garlic butter
  • asparagus
  • pinch of thyme
  • pinch of salt+pepper


  1. Heat pan on medium heat while you prepare your veggies. Slice a piece of red pepper and cut bottoms off asparagus.
  2. Place garlic butter in pan and let it melt. Once melted, place asparagus to one side, and the pepper ring on the other.
  3. Crack egg into pepper ring and season with spices.
  4. Cook egg to your liking. Once achieved, remove asparagus then remove pepper ring and place on top of asparagus.
  5. Take photo of your masterpiece and ENJOY
